Run Amok Crime is now accepting full-length novel submissions.

We are open to all types of crime fiction, however, we are not partial to cozy mysteries. We like noir (literary noir is a favorite), we like gumshoes and police procedurals. In short we like anything gritty that has an element of crime in it.

Manuscripts should be between 70K-90K words. Submit the full manuscript and allow 4-6 months for a response. Simultaneous submissions are OK, provided you let us know if/when a manuscript has been accepted elsewhere. Authors receive a percentage of the royalties. Advances are negotiable, but not guaranteed.

At Run Amok Crime, we publish 2-3 books a year, so we tend to be particular about the manuscripts we choose to pursue. Having said this we are always on the look out for well-told, well-written stories. Our open submission periods vary, so check back often to see what is open. We use Stack Submission Manager.
